Select one of the following three options Buttons. Takes you to the New Stocktake screen where you can enter data and various other applications. Add Products, prices, opening stock etc. Change business details.
Print off hard copy reports and count sheets.

Clicking on one of the Enter options will change the screen to the allow you to enter the required data.

| Add or Change Group Codes, this will separate
products and sort into groups. Any Figures or numbers can be used.

Sets up Trading Details, Only one Account is allowed.

| Calculates a quick stock result without having to go to print function. More detail can be seen in the fill report section.

| Accumulative Set

Enter your starting amount for accumulative results, The program automatically updates when you bring forward your stocktake.

| Enter Wastage, and promotions (hospitality drinks, raffles etc. Include any products that are give away free of charge) This can be accessed through the Month End menu in the New Stocktake Screen.

Date of last stocktake and date of current stocktake will default to brought forward dates automatically. These can be manually overwritten.

| Back up and restore your Data files to your chosen directory. Depressing the green tick will take you to the save box, files can be saved as either .stk files or .mdb files. Restore will allow restoration of backed up files.

Depress
to bring forward closing stock and zero new fields for new period.
This
button will give a quick on screen result without having to run full
reporting.
